Designed in collaboration between Alex Simonis, Robertson & Caine and the Moorings, the concept of the Moorings 4200 is the maximizing of space and value.

Built in Cape Town, South Africa, and named Sail Top Ten 2002 winner by Sail magazine, the 4200 features 4 air conditioned double cabins*, each with private head and shower,two single berths in the forward bows, a modern galley-up design with panoramic views and a large aft swim platform with walk-through access from the cockpit. and is equipped with complete electronics and high power engines, giving great performance under power as well as sail.

Dinghy with outboard motor, Bedding/Linen/Towels, Fully equipped galley, Round trip Airport/Hotel/Marina Transfer, Hot Water Shower/s, Bimini and Roller furling headsail, Wet weather jackets, housekeeping supplies, BBQ and charcoal/gas. large bag of ice, radio/cassette/cd, fuel for outboard and vessel, snorkelling equipment.

Terms & Conditions

Paymets: An initial deposit (15%) is payable upon booking and a Conformation payment of 25% is payable within 7 days. The balance of 60% to be paid 60 days prior to the start of the charter. Cancellations AU $400 + 15%. Fee per charter outside 90 days of the charter start day, no refund within 89 days of charter start day.

Bookings and Availability:

If you are booking more than one month in advance, it is most likely that there will be availability. We don't process payment* until the booking is confirmed; therefore it is safe to make a booking for sailings more than a month in advance without checking availability. In the unlikely event that the vessel is full or has been stood down we will contact you with alternatives.

Make Booking Check Availability

Deposit amounts will not be processed until a booking has been confirmed with the tour operator. The tour administration will usually process the balance a day or two later. Deposit amounts are non-refundable after a booking has been confirmed and the balance is non-refundable within the period stated in the Terms and conditions above. We recommend booking 30 days in advance to ensure availability of your accommodation or tour of choice. All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the tour operator although this is uncommon. Operators reserve the right to cancel tours should the need arise. Should a tour operator cancel a tour for any reason, an alternative tour is usually offered of a similar type. It should be noted that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients, we cannot be responsible for personal injury or loss due to actions of clients or tour operators which are beyond our control. We recommend that you have travel insurance.
