2 Day 2 Night Maxi Sail/Dive Adventure
The Yacht Broomstick was built in South Africa to win the Cape Town to Rio Yacht Race. From there she went on to compete in many of the world's most famous blue water events including the Sydney to Hobart. As a true Maxi, she is big, comfortable and very fast. She finished racing in 2000 and was converted to charter in 2001 - but beware, her racing spirit still remains!
The Cruise: Broomstick and her multi award winning crew will take you on an unforgettable 2 day 2 night sailing adventure throughout the Whitsunday Islands. Your cruise may also include a stopover at a resort. You can participate in all activities such as diving, snorkelling, bushwalking and helping to sail a true Maxi or simply sit back and just take it all in - the choice is yours.

Entry and Administration Fees: Please note there is a fee levied on all passengers to cover park entry fees and administration costs. Fees are charged by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and Queensland Parks and Wildlife for entry into the marine and national parks and the overall fee includes these costs and our administration costs and are subject to change and are payable at check in. At the time of updating A total fee of $39 is recommended by the Whitsunday Charter Boat Industry Association for a 3 day 2 night cruise to cover costs and includes EMC of $4.50 per day, Commercial Activity Permit Fee of $1.35 per day, Administration Fees of $3.77 per day plus gst. There is a 2.5% surcharge for credit card purchases. Wet suits are availible for hire. |
