Sky Dive Airlie offers a choice of heights from 8,000ft to 14,000ft, you can decide on the day if you would like to go to the max and free fall from 14,000ft giving you 60 seconds of free fall time.
On offer are photo pak or a digital pak where all your memories are stored on to disc.
We recommend jumping in the morning 8- 11 when the light is good and its not to hot.
The Skydive team will pick you up from your Airlie accommodation, once you arrive at the Jump Zone you'll be asked to complete the necessary paperwork and youll be issued with a compulsory student permit to jump. Your instructor will show you what positions to take during the jump, to ensure your safety and aero dynamics at all times.
Then you board the aircraft and you'll be taken on a 20 minute scenic flight to get you up to the required height.
Once at the correct height the instructor will ask if your ready to go and the doors open. Now your adrenaline is really pumping!!
Its to late to say NO as your strapped into position and standing in the door way ready to jump.
As you leave the aircraft the view below you is breathtaking, amazing beaches, Turquise blue sea and lush green islands dotted along the coastline. The Awesome view and feeling of free failing is totally mind blowing, your now travelling at 220 miles per hour and its fast! Your face is a fixed grin, your cheeks flap in the wind and your laughing, and screaming, your flying and loving every second.
The wind is rattling past you and your feet are shaking in your shoes. Your heart is racing as you see the ground moving ever closer to you. Then the parachute is deployed and your suspended in mid air, its suddenly very quite and the ground slows.
You let out a Yeehaaaaa as the realisation and enormity of the jump catches up with you.!
Now your gliding, your instructor still close behind you! He stears the canopy gracefully and skill fully over the lush green forest floor below. Soon your over the airstrip and can see your friends below waving and smiling at you. Lift your legs and let the instructor land you safely. once on the ground a sudden wave of excitement and extreme satisfaction come over you, and you want to do it all again!!!!!

For safety there is a restriction on body weight, you must be under 95 kilo's. All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the Tandem Sky-diving. It should be noted that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients, we cannot be responsible for personal injury or loss due to actions of our clients which are beyond our control. Client cancellations made less than 21 days prior to departure will result in complete forfeiture of the full price of the Adventure tour. We recommend that you have travel insurance. All Cancellations forfeit all deposits. If full payment has been made then the deposit amount will be 50% of payments received.
