Experience the most thrilling Whitsunday sailing holiday ever on the super fast 60' Freight Train. Whether you're an adventure seeker looking for fast paced sailing holidays, a first time diver, or just after some sailing lessons in the Whitsundays, Freight Train is the charter boat for you.
Designed by German Frers and built in Perth, WA, Freight Train has an extensive history of racing in some of the world's toughest ocean races. Most famous was its 1983 win in the Maxi Division of the Sydney to Hobart race. It went on to compete in numerous Sydney to Hobarts as well as the Kenwood Cup and the Burns Phillip Maxi Boat Series. Although officially retired from ocean racing, Freight Train is still a regular competitor in local races throughout the Whitsunday Islands.
Freight Train conducts two day/two night Whitsunday sailing holidays taking 18 guests and 3 crew throughout the World Heritage Listed Whitsunday Islands. Experience fantastic snorkelling throughout the Whitsundays or take advantage of the SCUBA DIVING available to all guests on board (Subject to medical Questionaire) Or Just sunbath on the world famous Whitehaven Beach or explore the aboriginal caves in Nara Inlet. Freight Train is a great combination of all the activities available in the Whitsunday Islands!

Snorkeling is a fanastic option onboard and the crew are always keen to tell you about the different fish, coral and marine life.

Entry and Administration Fees: Please note there is a fee levied on all passengers to cover park entry fees and administration costs. Fees are charged by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and Queensland Parks and Wildlife for entry into the marine and national parks and the overall fee includes these costs and our administration costs and are subject to change and are payable at check in. At the time of updating A total fee of $39 is recommended by the Whitsunday Charter Boat Industry Association for a 2 day 2 night cruise to cover costs and includes EMC of $4.50 per day, Commercial Activity Permit Fee of $1.35 per day, Administration Fees of $3.77 per day plus gst.There is also a Fuel levy of $10.00 pp There is a 2.5% surcharge for credit card purchases. Wet suits are available for hire. |

Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients, we cannot be responsible for personal injury or loss due to actions of our clients which are beyond our control. Client cancellations made less than 21 days prior to departure will result in complete forfeiture of the full price of the sailing holiday. We recommend that you have travel insurance.
