| On a recent trip to Whitehaven Beach, I had the amaing oportunity to take a flight aboard the Aviation Adventures helicopter for a half hour flight around Whitsunday Island. |
| Our flight took us from Whitehaven Beach along to Hill Inlet and Tongue Bay and on over to the western side of Whitsunday Island. From there we could see Hamilton Island and the southern beaches of Whitsunday Island. From here, we could see schools of large fish and coral reefs and as the day was almost still, the sun shining and a couple of clouds in the sky, the conditions were absolutely perfect. |
