| Bushwalk from Sawmill Beach to Dugong Beach in Cid Harbour, Whitsundays, Queensland, Australia. |
| The walk is fairly light and takes about 30 minutes each way. Starting at Sawmill Beach, the site of previous pioneering efforts, it winds it's way through rainforest over a ridge where a great view of Cid Harbour is obtained. After a short while, the walk descends into a palm forest and finally down to Dugong Beach. There are campsites at Sawmill Beach and Dugong inlet and it is home to many Curlew birds and other wildlife. Permits are available from National Parks in Airlie Beach. |
